Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system of mental and physical exercises designed to strengthen, balance the body, and increase flexibility.  Unlike the normal workouts that concentrate more on the inflation of the muscles, yoga takes care of every little part of the anatomy.  Yoga asanas, or poses, accelerate blood circulation in the body, and pranayama, or breathing exercise abate carbon dioxide content, ensuring sound health.

Pilates

Pilates is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength, and tone.  Each exercise is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles involved, opening the joints and release tension.  Pilates bonds body and mind through two principal components; posture and breathing. By centering on the the abdomen, Pilates strengthens the muscles in the back, hips, and stomach to support the spine.  The method works the deepest layer of abdominal muscles. It lifts the belly and backend while it tones and strengthens all the other muscles.
