Positions Available

We’re looking for a few good people.  If you’re interested in climbing, have good customer skills and are looking for a fun, but challenging, place to work, complete the form on the right. 

Please specify the available position to which you are applying.

- Hold Stripper.  Remove routes and their marking tape from the climbing wall 2-4 hours per week for membership trade.

- T-Nut Mechanic.  Replace T-nuts behind climbing wall. 2-4 hours per week for membership trade.

- Hold Washer.  Wash climbing holds. 2-4 hours per week for membership trade.

- Custodian.  Basic custodial duties twice a week for membership trade.

- Corporate Sales Rep. This sales-driven, goal-oriented self starter will develop and execute a corporate membership sales strategy. Compensation is based on sales.

Include a resume outlining specific past sales achievements, plus your plan for increasing The Front's corporate membership rolls.

- Scouting Program Lead.  We're looking for someone to organize and promote our scouting programs.  This is an outside sales position. You will be responsible for marketing The Front to local Scout groups. Compensation is based on sales.  Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work from objectives.  Scouting experience highly recommended.
