The Front Climbing Club Citizens' Comp

There will be heaps of new problems for the Citizens' Comp, many of which will be set with brand new editions of holds from our sponsors.

Registration for the Citizens' Competition is $40.
  - $5 discount if you register before August 1, 2008.

  - Spectator admission is $5

Your entry fee gets you 3 hours of body rockin' plastic pulling, access to over $7,500 in prizes and giveaways and a $5 discount on the pro finals spectator ticket.

All scoring is web-based, you'll need register on the computer now or when you check-in, so do it now and save time at check-in.

**All pro and citizens comp participants 18 years of age and older will receive a free ticket to the after-party on Saturday night! These tickets cannot be purchased anywhere! Throw down with the freaks of the industry!

Mammut Bouldering Championships

Pro Qualifiers:  The Front Climbing club will host the qualifiers for the Mammut Bouldering Championships on Friday, noon to 9pm.  Watch some of the best climbers in the world up-close and personal. Spectators tickets are free.

**Pro competitors who do not qualify for the Pro Finals can compete in the Redpoint Comp on Saturday morning at a discounted rate. Redpoint Comp check in is from 10-10:45 AM. Climbing begins at 11AM sharp!

Pro Finals:  For the second year,  Pro Finals will take place Saturday evening at Summer OR in downtown Salt Lake City on a giant wall specifically designed for the event. Enjoy cold beverages and food* from Sage's Cafe and Gold Medal Pizza while watching the Pros battle for victory on top of the parking deck at The Shilo Inn Hotel! (show me a map)

*Not all vendors will be able to accept credit/ debit cards. There is an ATM located inside the Shilo Inn.

Spectators tickets for the Pro Finals are $15 and can be purchased in advanced or at the event. Admission is free to OR attendee badge holders (don't forget to bring your badge).  >> purchase spectators tickets now.

How to get here.  Take the TRAX, Gallivan Center station, it is on both the University and North/South line.  Parking is at Diamond Parking 355 S West Temple (across from Port-O-Call).

• Pro Qualifiers at The Front NOON  - 8 PM. Spectator admission is free.
• 6PM - 9PM: Community Gathering at The Front, hosted by The Front and Solid Rock Climbers for Christ. Enjoy food and beverages while the world's strongest climbers fight for a chance to climb in the Finals!

Saturday, August 9

• Citizens' Comp at The Front 11AM-2PM (check in 10-10:45AM).  Climbing begins at 11AM sharp! ($5 spectator admission)
