Mammut Bouldering Championship Citizens' Comp

The summer bouldering blowout is on again for this year.  The Mammut Bouldering Championships will take the focus of the bouldering world in July 2009.  Here in Salt Lake City.

You can take part in the bouldering challenge with the Citizens' Comp.  Test your skill and strength on the same problems the top climbers in the world used for the qualifies, plus additional problems for every ability.

Pro-qualifiers

At The Front Climbing Club.  Noon to 7pm, July 20.  Admission is free.  Come see the worlds best climbers, close and personal.   » Pros Register Here

Pro-finals

At the Shilo Inn parking garage.  6:30 to 8:45pm, July 21.  Gate opens 5:30pm.  Come early for the best seats.  General admission is $15, $10 with a paid Citizens' Comp registration, free with OR badge. » Buy Spectator Tickets Here

Citizens' Comp

At the world famous Front Climbing Club. Wednesday, July 22, 4:30pm check-in, comp starts at 5:30pm.  Test yourself on the pro-qualifier problems. Early registration for the citizens' comp is now open.  Get a $5 discount on our rad t-shirt with pre-registration.

Please! Pre-register early.  This helps us plan for the event, and it will really speed your way through the check-in process on the day of the event.

  

The Front Climbing Club Citizens' Comp

All the problems from the qualifies plus heaps of new problems for the Citizens' Comp, many of which will be set with brand new editions of holds from our sponsors.

Monday, July 20

  • Pro-Qualifies at The Front - Noon to 7pm (Free)
  • The Front will CLOSE to public climbing.

Tuesday, July 21

  • The Front is CLOSED for setting and event prep.
  • Pro-Finals at the Shilo Inn - 6:30 - 8:45pm
    - $15 general admission
    - $10 with Citizens' Comp registration
    - Free with OR badge
  • After Party 8:30 to 10pm (Free)

Wednesday, July 22   

  • Citizens' Comp at The Front 5:30-8pm (check in 4:30-5:15pm).  Climbing begins at 5:30pm sharp!
  • BBQ and parking-lot party after the comp.
  • The Front is CLOSED after the BBQ.

Thursday, July 23

  • The Front is open at 11am for normal business hours. (but we take down the route markers from the qualifies)
