The Night Before Crux-mas

'Twas the night before CruX-mas and all through the state.
Climbers were anxiously awaiting December the 8th.

The prizes were sorted and the problems all done,
To insure climbers of all abilities would have loads of fun.

In my warm Front hoodie and my Front trucker cap,
I lay on my crashpad for a quick, little nap.

When out in the parking lot there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my pad to see what was the matter.

I peered out the window and what did I see?
A beat up and sticker-plastered Subaru Legacy.

The car door swung open and out stepped some dude.
To a non-climber's ear his words would sound rude.

Barely awake, I could still comprehend.
"Open the door, bra! I'm ready to send!"
